Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund.

2. No-Shows

No refunds are given for no-shows unless otherwise approved by Rentalis.

3. Vehicle Issues

If there’s a problem with your car, contact us within 2 hours of pickup. We’ll investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
